This flapjack recipe is so easy, you can go from start to finish in under 30 minutes – so perfect for a bit of energy between exams!
250g Porridge Oats
125g Sugar (ideally Brown Sugar)
3tbs Golden Syrup
1. Measure out your ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
2. Mix or pulse together carefully until one homogenous mixture.
3. Line a 20x20cm baking tin with baking paper or butter, and add spoon the mixture in, pressing it into the corners and flattening it with a spoon.
4. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees (fan) or until golden brown.
