Loughborough Students’ Union are currently in the race alongside many other students’ unions across the country for a £50,000 prize for a Summer Ball!
MTV are running the competition, and it’s all based on hashtag tweet volume, so type #PimpMySummerBallLSU after every tweet until Wednesday 23rd March! The tweet does not even need to be related to the Summer Ball, but you could let everyone know who you would like to see at the ball, tweet the artist, tweet your clubs, societies, anyone you can think of, and let’s boost our # total this week!
Currently, Teeside Uni have over 300,000 tweets, whilst Loughborough is on a measly 450, and let’s be honest, we really don’t like to be beaten, and especially not by so much! So be sure to tweet, retweet, like, tell your friends and let’s boost our total! Voting closes next Wednesday 5pm.
