On Monday the 14th March, Cameron Peers, Sports and Exercise Psychology Masters student, will be getting his legs and chest waxed in aid of the Mondo Foundation and as part of Action!

Cameron is raising money to reach his target of £1250 for the charity, which focuses on improving the quality of education and livelihoods of girls in developing countries – quite rightly, he believes that ‘everyone is entitled to education’.

He will be jetting off to Nepal on the 20th of March as a university to help rebuild schools after they were destroyed in the earthquake. Cameron will be staying in Nepal for an extended amount of time to help the community who suffered such devastations through the natural disaster.

Cameron says:

‘I am a combination of both excited and nervous! But it is a really good cause and it’s an attempt to get to my target. The waxing will be both fun and painful, but also a necessity.’

Cameron is currently at the halfway mark for his target of £1250. To donate to this wonderful cause, and to find out more about Cameron’s fundraising, head to the following link to donate now:

Make sure you get yourselves down to the Radmoor Centre through the college on the 14th March at 14:30, this is something you don’t want to miss!
