As an integral part to many students studies, particularly during exam period, this could prove to have bad consequences for many students with some already suggesting that an impaired performance claim may be necessary.
The site has been unreliable throughout the exam period, with emergency maintenance scheduled for this coming Friday.
Students have questioned the university's strategy and why there is no back up system in place, especially during exam period.
