Believe it or not, the Clothes Show 2015 isn’t just about pretty little dresses and fantastic goody bags. The Birmingham Clothes Show has a whole section dedicated to education and developing a career within the fashion industry. From graduate debuts to fashion career seminars, the Clothes Show are dedicated in providing everything you could possibly need to get your foot in the door to an excellent career in fashion.

clothes showThe Image Catwalk provides daily graduate catwalk shows featuring final year student collections from top Universities and Colleges from across the country. Also, don’t forget about the University and College forum section where you can meet over twenty-five of the UK’s top Universities and Colleges – including Loughborough University! This is the perfect opportunity to witness what creative arts looks like at some of the top Universities and Colleges (Did I mention that Loughborough University is there?!).

There is also a whole section dedicated directly towards careers called ‘careers path’. This section is full of information on how to achieve the next steps in order to achieve that dream job within the fashion industry! The 2014 careers path featured individuals from Arcadia future talent and Champneys College where they were more than willing to answer any questions visitors had. This could be the perfect opportunity to find your dream career path!

There’s also the Creative Awards which gives those interested in Design, Craft and Communication the opportunity to show off their creative flair and be in the running of winning a fabulous prize (£500 cash and work experience at The National Student) and recognition.
