Role profile for LSUTV Head of Design, Marketing and Online

In charge of making LSUTV look good. Create branding for shows and if possible, make graphics.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Ensure the continuation and update of station brands.
• Responsible for the look and design of LSUTV’s shows.
• Manage the production and distribution of publicity material and promos.
• Liaise with LSU Media Head of Marketing & Design.
• Manage development of a new website, and curate this when completed.
• Attend committee meetings.

Opportunities:

• Develop knowledge of TV industry.
• Steer the direction of the stations’ branding.

Useful previous experience:

• Experience in Adobe After Effects and Illustrator and Photoshop preferable.
• A keen eye for design.
• Knowledge of making graphics preferable

Average time commitment:

• Around 10 hours per week.
• Additional time during busy periods such as Exec Elections and Freshers’.

LSUTV Station Manager, LSU Media Head of Design and Marketing
