Reputation on campus: despite Harry French’s geographical location being slightly off campus, this doesn’t lessen its involvement in campus life, or diminish its hall spirit. One of the older halls, it is steeped in history and therefore tradition. Plus, sitting comfortably on Ashby Road means it’s in the perfect location to hop to town for days and nights out.
BNOC alumni:
Rachael Lynch – New VP RAG Rachael lived in Harry French, so if you like to shake your bucket for RAG RAG RAG you might like to follow in her footsteps, should you find yourself in her old haunt.
Phil Jenkins – Last year’s VP Action also lived in Harry French, so if volunteering is your thing this could be the perfect place for you. Its positioning between town and campus means that you are perfectly placed to be on hand at all times, be it for helping out in a soup kitchen, helping young children to read in a local school or taking part in a fun day on campus!
