Confirmed by the NaSTA executive��in a Facebook post,��and later in a blog post, LSUTV will be hosting the National Student TV Awards conference in 2014.
After Staffs TV and Staffordshire Students��� Union��pulled out of hosting the 2014 conference, the chance ��for student TV stations across the country to place a bid for their station to host the incredible weekend, that celebrated it’s 40th anniversary in 2013, was reopened. Both Yorks and Loughborough submitted bids, but Loughborough came out victorious in voting by station managers on behalf of stations across the country.
We are confident that LSUTV will provide a spectacular event and we, the NaSTA Executive, will do everything we can to support the station in bringing it to you. We can���t wait.
