On the 12 December DBE will be hosting their fifth birthday celebrations at the Student’s Union. It has been five years since DBE first established itself as one of the major nights out in Loughborough. The line-up for the night includes the likes of B.Traits, Shadow Child, Drumsound and Bassline Smith ft. Youngman amongst many others.
Described on Twitter as ‘Underground music nights based around Loughborough and across the UK’, and with multiple events throughout the year for the past 5 years, DBE has held some of the biggest nights of the year for Loughborough students. It has been hosted at some of Loughborough’s biggest nightclubs including everyone’s favourite, Echos, as well as holding sell out Secret Outdoor Parties. It has also seen some of the biggest names in drum and bass music, from the likes of Danny Byrd and Disclosure to Rudimental and High Contrast.
