The Line-up for Freshers Fortnight 2013 has officially been revealed! If you&#39ve missed the live LSUTV coverage, or you just want to keep reading about how awesome Freshers is going to be, then check out the below article, which has all the information about the acts over your Freshers Fortnight.

Well, it has to be said that over the past few years Loughborough Students Union have definitely gotten some great acts to perform for Freshers – BBC Radio 1&#39s Dance Anthems DJ Danny Howard, DJ Fresh, Nero, Modestep, Wheatus, Radio 1 DJ Scott Mills, JLS and even the 90s house sensation Livin Joy. This year is no exception and there are some huge acts to look forward to.

Kicking off the first night of Freshers is DJ Tom with his act called Hot Dub Time Machine. Described as being &#39the World&#39s First Time Travelling Dance Party,&#39 you are guaranteed to be dancing to the some of the best tunes that the past sixty years have had to offer all the way up to the present day!

The second night will see a DJ-ing drummer that goes by the name of MckNasty take to the stage, otherwise known as Joshua McKenzie the older brother of Labrinth. MckNasty appeared on the television show Britain&#39s Got Talent earlier in the year and made it through to the semi-finals. Although he didn&#39t win, he has quickly made a name for himself with his energetic sets.

Towie fans don&#39t forget your cameras for the third welcome party because Dan Osborne from The Only Way Is Essex will be making an appearance. The semi-pro footballer turned model and tattoo artist will be making the trip up from Essex to spend it with you all for one night only!

Freshers FND is guaranteed to be absolutely massive with BBC Radio 1&#39s Dance Anthems DJ Danny Howard returning to play at the Union following last year&#39s successes during Freshers Fortnight.

Returners FND, one of the busiest nights that the Union hosts, will be one of the best nights of the year, so get excited! To make it an even better night, host of The Radio 1 Breakfast Show Nick Grimshaw will be your act for the evening.

The Line-Up is looking pretty amazing, so you might be thinking what could top it? The answer to this is Freshers Ball, which this year will feature Benga, Radio 1 Matt Edmondson, Naughty Boy and the one and only Professor Green!

Label spoke with Zak Evans VP: Finance & Commercial Services to get his opinion on the Line-Up and the reveal:

&#39We are incredibly happy with the line up for Freshers 2013. Our venue team have worked tirelessly to ensure there is something for everyone, as well as looking at who we have coming to Loughborough this year, I think we’ve achieved it. Having acts such as Naughty Boy, Professor Green and Nick Grimshaw at LSU demonstrates why we are the best SU nightclub in the country. The reveal was a huge success and I am very much looking forward to it all starting now.&#39

Other dates for your Freshers 2013 diary include The Sing Off (29th September) and the Hey Ewe Paint Party (2nd October).
