Updating you live from the opening day of the London 2012 Olympics games. All day everyday, Label Online will be keeping you up to date with the latest results, medals, Team GB progress and news on our Loughborough hopefuls.

The number of men watching the Olympics will drop today, as the beach volleyball event finishes on unlucky day thirteen, as well as the equestrian competition. But don't be too down, day thirteen also sees the beginning of the open-water swimming, rhythmic gymnastics and the medal events for football.

Massive day of athletics, including final day of men's decathlon, triple jump and 200m finals! Can Usain Bolt win the second leg on his way to successfully defending both sprint titles? Team GB's first confirmed athlete, Keri-Anne Payne takes on the swimming 'marathon' in the 10km open water swim.

In other events, Ireland's major gold hopeful Katie Taylor competes in the 60kg boxing class, decathlon world record holder Ashton Eaton starts his campaign, David Rudisha will target his own 800m world record and Usain Bolt takes on his home rival Yohan Blake in the 200m final! What a day!
