The Only Way is Essex has been a controversial talking point ever since it hit our TV screens for the third series this autumn. Known for its fake tans, fake hair and plastic surgery, the show’s fashion has also been on everyone’s lips, love it or hate it, the cast members of the reality show certainly bring glamour to our screens every Wednesday and Sunday night.

Now sisters Sam and Billie Faiers have launched a clothing line in House of Fraser to bring Essex style to the high street. The sisters already own a successful fashion boutique in Brentwood high street, which sells designer labels such as Junk Food and Forever Unique at affordable prices.

Now their first collection called GraciEve, named after their two cousins, was launched on the October 26 in major House of Fraser’s stores across the country including London Oxford Street, Manchester, Birmingham and Nottingham. It is already set to be a success due to the huge audience the ITV2 show receives.

The line consists of wearable on trend pieces designed by the girls from bodycon dresses and sequin hotpants to day dresses and jumpers. The line has been described as ‘Hollywood Hills’ style, giving a quirky, fun and over the top twist to this seasons catwalk style. Perfect for those looking for a statement outfit to make a big entrance at a Christmas party.

The girls aren’t the only cast members to branch out into the fashion world. Sam’s loveable ex-boyfriend Joey Essex launched his range of T-shirts in Selfridges earlier this year. The collection consisted of slogan tops with catchphrases such as ‘Reem’ and Shutt uup’, made popular by the show.

Former cast member Amy Childs has also launched her own fashion collection called The Amy Childs Collection. She launched it at Britain and Ireland’s Next Top Model Live in London on October 28 and it became available online on the October 31.

Amy’s 20-piece range reflects her glamorous style with figure hugging fushia pink dresses and a beautiful white skater style dress which is sure to be popular with those seeking a fun, girly outfit. As well as an eye-catching glittery, silver piece for a special night out.

Lauren Goodger, also of the show, has had success in the beauty industry with her range of Fake Tan products and hair extensions.

It seems the shows popularity has sparked an Essex frenzy and with the cast making the most of it and turning their hand to business everyone can get a piece of the glamorous life style.
